Be your True Self

I know there are people in the world that make others feel insecure. There are a lot of young public influencers out there that become famous off of social medial. There are girls that are 12 or 14 years old that wear full face makeup, crop tops, and act and say things that you would never expect to come out of their mouths. Same with boys to. The reality is those are not the guidelines we should follow. There have been times where I have thought in order to have a boyfriend I have to look and act the way other girls do. Then we have to realize that we should never compare ourselves to anybody else, or let alone date even when you are not sure if you are ready or old enough to. Sometimes I feel like everyday is a competition, but what for? To make sure I am the prettiest, smartest, and most popular girl in school? Everyone is completely different in their own way. There should be no peer competition. Who am I trying to impress? God already loves me for me and all my loved ones to. I know that no matter what, he will always love me unconditionally for who I truly am.
